Workshop Cancellation Policy  

  • To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the scheduled workshop.

  • If you need to cancel with less than 3 days prior to the workshop, you are welcome to transfer the class to someone else.

  • If you need to cancel a workshop or change who is registered for the class, please email melanie@themadmakery.com

 

Private Event Booking Policy

  • We require a minimum of 6 guests per craft party.

  • $150 deposit is due at the time of booking. 

  • You will be charged the remaining balance the day of the party.

 

Private Event Cancellation Policy

  • To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

  • If you need to cancel with less than 7 days prior to the scheduled event, your deposit will not be refunded.
