Workshop Cancellation Policy  

  • To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the scheduled workshop.

  • If you need to cancel with less than 3 days prior to the workshop, you are welcome to transfer the class to someone else.

  • If you need to cancel a workshop or change who is registered for the class, please email melanie@themadmakery.com

 

Private Party Booking Policy

Booking Option 1

  • We require a minimum of 6 guests per craft party.

  • $150 deposit is due at the time of booking. 

  • When at least 5 guests have signed up, your deposit (minus the cost of your project) is  refunded to you

  • If 8 or more guests sign up, your full deposit is refunded and you craft for free!

Booking Option 2

  • We require a minimum of 6 guests per craft party.

  • $150 deposit is due at the time of booking. 

  • You are charged the remaining balance the day of the party

  • If 8 or more guests attend your party, you craft for free

  • If you are unable to meet the minimum number of guests, your deposit will not be refunded. 

  • If you choose to cancel your party, your deposit will not be refunded. 

  • If your guests have already signed up and paid for their project, they will receive a credit for a workshop of the same value. Credits are valid for up to 6 months from the date the party was initially scheduled.

  • If you are unable to meet the minimum number of guests, your deposit will not be refunded. 

  • If you choose to cancel your party, your deposit will not be refunded.
